Chocolate making at Pointe Baptiste

Chocolate is now made at Pointe Baptiste Estate from organic cocoa grown on the estate, as well as other local producers. The cocoa beans are nearly all organically grown and all grown in Dominica.
For the moment we make 6 types of Chocolate:
  • Dark chocolate with 80% cocoa beans
  • Milk chocolate with 50 % cocoa beans
  • Ginger chocolate with 60% cocoa beans
  • Coffee chocolate with 60% cocoa beans
  • Spice chocolate containing nutmeg, cinammon and cloves with 60% cocoa beans
  • Hot Pepper chocolate with 60% cocoa beans
  • Candied Ginger chocolate with 60% cocoa beans
  • Tangerine chocolate with 60% cocoa beans
